We manufacture glulam structures from quality-graded, straight and kiln-dried lamellas. This enables us to produce straight and curved elements up to 36 metres long for a wide range of architectural and structural solutions.
GLULAM STRUCTURES FROM THE MANUFACTURER
We design and manufacture load-bearing glulam structures for projects with complex geometry and individual connections. Production is configured for non-standard elements, combined connections, glued-in components and project-specific lengths and sections.
We coordinate manufacturing methods with the approved design solution and project constraints.
GLULAM MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Each video shows a separate stage in the industrial manufacture of load-bearing timber structures — from lamella preparation and bonding to high-precision machining and assembly of complex connections. All operations are carried out in accordance with project documentation and are subject to process control to achieve the required geometry and repeatability.
CALIBRATION AND FINGER-JOINTING
The blanks are calibrated to a stable cross-section. Defective areas are removed, after which the lamellas are finger-jointed lengthwise using structural adhesives to provide the required joint strength and material uniformity.
Timber is dried in controlled kilns to the specified service moisture content. The process supports uniform moisture distribution and reduces internal stresses before further machining.
TIMBER DRYING
LAMELLA BONDING
Calibrated lamellas are oriented and bonded under controlled pressure using structural adhesives. The process provides the specified load-bearing capacity and dimensional stability of the finished elements.
INSTALLATION OF EMBEDDED PARTS
Embedded parts are installed in accordance with the working documentation and specified tolerances. Their position, alignment and installation depth are controlled to support correct assembly on site.
After bonding, the glulam element undergoes final machining to achieve the specified dimensions and tolerances. Geometry, straightness and surface quality are checked before subsequent operations and installation.
FINAL CALIBRATION
Surface preparation includes sanding and the application of protective coatings selected for the specified exposure conditions. The coating system is coordinated with the project requirements and operating environment.
